Frank Polhill, better known to all as Smitty, is a 5th generation Floridian. He has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Florida and is proud to be an avid Gator fan. Smitty has had family-owned businesses since 1987 in the Clewiston/LaBelle areas. A well-stocked store, friendly employees and great customer service is always his goal and pride of ownership.

General Manager, Single Father, Firefighter, EMT - Caleb also donates his spare time to community organizations.

Overseeing the Accounting of AAction Power Equipment, Cindy has over 50 years of financial experience. Her accounting career started with US Sugar in 1974 and spanned 21 years with the company. This is also where she became acquainted with Smitty and Bebe Polhill. In 1995, a move to Tennessee provided opportunities as Office Manager for a Mechanical Construction business, and Asst. Controller Buddy Gregg Motor Homes in Knoxville, TN. Opportunity for job growth came in 2007, when she accepted a Controller job for a motor home dealer in Las Vegas, NV. She returned to Florida in 2009 to be near her daughter Kendra, Cindy worked as a staff accountant for Scott Fischer Enterprises, who had Harley Davidson dealerships in five states at that time. In January 2016, she accepted a Controller job with Bert's Black Widow and Bert's Barracuda Harley dealerships in Port Charlotte & St. Petersburg, Florida, from where she "retired" in August 2017. She immediately delved into the consulting work for Smitty to help develop his business plan, and AAction Power Equipment opened its doors in August of 2018. She has a son Travis, and grandson Jude who she loves to visit in Vermont. Cindy also stays busy helping her daughter Kendra with her Media & Digital Marketing business.

Our Parts Manager is Connie Turner, who is well-known for her big smile, vast knowledge of parts, and great customer service. She has over 20 years of auto parts and 6 years of small engine parts experience. She is a life-long resident of LaBelle. She has a son, a step-son, 2 step-daughters, and 1 granddaughter. Connie loves God and her church. Connie's free time is spent with her family, attending church services, and she loves to go jeeping and fishing.
